Dr. Pavel A. Filipov joined Dr. Marc Frankel in 2023 as a foot and ankle surgeon at Frankel Foot & Ankle with a professional focus on sports medicine, elective surgery and musculoskeletal deformities of the foot and ankle. 

Dr. Pavel Filipov, DPM, is a Foot and Ankle surgeon who completed his training at the prestigious Yale New Haven Foot and Ankle Surgical Residency. He is passionate about his work and seeks to provide his patients with the best and most cutting-edge foot and ankle care. 

He treats all conditions of the foot and ankle, including joint pain, heel pain, complex congenital or acquired deformities, bunions, and hammertoes. He also has a special interest in the treatment of ankle arthritis, instability, fractures, and sports injuries. 

In his free time, Dr. Filipov enjoys staying active through weight training, martial arts, and playing guitar.
